WINE – Paulus Red

The shipwreck of St. Paul in 60AD recorded in the Acts of the Apostles marked what may be the most important chapter in the history of Malta.

The resulting wine was aged in small oak barrels for 18 months. The blend exhibits rich fruit aromas and flavours of black currant, plum and blueberry layered with notes of vanilla and toasted oak.

An excellent complement to rich meat grills and oriental cuisine.
